This Marlboro, New Jersey neighborhood boasts well-maintained homes with plenty of trees and shrubbery offering privacy and beauty. Located in Monmouth County, just south of New York, this upper-end neighborhood is situated in close proximity to Hwy 34 and the Garden State Parkway, making it easily accessible for those needing to commute to New York City. Winding Brook homes are set back with plenty of parking and homes have between 2 – 4 garages.
With large, over-sized lots, the Winding Brook neighborhood is a highly-sought after place to live in the Morganville section of Marlboro, NJ. This community dates back to 1998 and has continued to develop over the years. These are large homes with generous size living areas. These homes are an average of five bedrooms and 3 1/2 or more bathrooms. Square footage runs on average from 3,500 sq feet to just under $6,000 square feet. The double story entryway, basements, dining and living areas are a wonderful size for families to comfortably spread out and enjoy themselves.
There are 8 Streets in all that make up Winding Brook and the development is split into 2 sections. Between them both there is a total of 129 homes.
Children living in Crine West are zoned for Asher Holmes Elementary, Marlboro Memorial MiddleSchool and Marlboro High School that is part of the Freehold Regional Sending District!
