There are many social groups in different clubs.Please note Greenbriar Marlboro, is an age-restricted community that does require at least one occupant to be 55 or older and no one under the age of 19 may permanently reside in the community. There are many amenities offered throughout the clubhouse and Greenbriar residents will find so many ways to stay busy and spend time with family and friends. The local community offers trips, movie nights and even has a singles group. They have tennis courts a shuffleboard court, Horseshoes and even offer Zumba classes and water aerobics.
Greenbriar offers a book club, art classes and even a knitting club. There is also a full-time activities coordinator that is usually around to help out residents at any time.
