New Jersey has it all…big cities, small towns, charming boutiques, massive malls, every kind of cuisine, beautiful beaches for swimming and surfing and mountains for skiing and snowboarding. While our mountains may not be the biggest, they do the trick, especially when it comes to snow tubing. In fact, one New Jersey adventure park is home to some of the best snow tubing in the United States!

The perfect place for thrill seekers, visitors can enjoy a scenic zipline tour…

A challenging (but safe) aerial obstacle course that’s perfect for date night, family fun or team building…
Three arduous Fazio designed 9’s and 18-hole rounds (at Great Gorge)…
A mountain-bike park with dozens of different trails ranging in difficulty from no sweat to say your prayers…
And an amazing waterpark with heart stopping rides! Once known as “Class Action Park” for its frequent accidents and the inevitable lawsuits following them, it’s now much safer but still just as thrilling.
In the winter, you’ll want to hit the slopes. Choose from 51 trails or opt for the freestyle terrain to practice your tricks. Lessons are available to beginners.

If you prefer something that doesn’t involve being bound to a board (or boards), you’ll want to check out the snow tube park. With thirty lanes, it’s one of the largest in the country. (The top spot goes to nearby Camelback Mountain Resort In Pennsylvania.)
Spanning more than five acres, there’s no need to drag your tube back up the hill – they’ve got a lift. The season is in full swing and you’ll likely want to make reservations.
After your tubing session, head to the lodge to warm up, enjoy a good meal, or get tipsy at the biergarten.

What else do you need to know? All tubers must be at least 42″ tall and 5 years old. Visit Mountain Creek’s epic snow tubing park at 200 State Route 94, Vernon. For updates on opening times and hours, check out their website here. For some heated winter fun in New Jersey, click here.
