Morganville is a wonderful section of Marlboro Township. It has so many different types of neighborhoods and houses to choose from. Today i’m going to take you on a tour of one of Morganvilles Neighborhoods called Georgetown Estates. So get comfortable, hop in and let’s go explore!
Georgetown Estates is a neighborhood located in Morganville, NJ that is made up of 87 single family homes. This gorgeous Development is located off of Pleasant Valley Road, right off of rt 79.
Georgetown Estates offers expansive homes that are priced, usually from the $800,000 and up. This wonderful, established community dates back to 2001 and construction was completed around the end of 2002.
This neighborhood is perfect for those families seeking single family homes, located in the Morganville Section of Marlboro Township. In general, Georgetown Estate homes, sit on 1/2 acre lots and these homes offer 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms. During the year 2018 only 6 homes sold within Georgetown Estates. When houses come on the market in this development they tend to sell rather quickly! Homes in Georgetown Estates are typically on the market for an average of 60 days and are usually purchased at VERY close to asking price. Property taxes hover at around $19,000 per year. On average homes in this neighborhood are priced at $201.00 per sq foot.
When it comes time to schools, children who live in Georgetown Estates are zoned for Frank Defino Elementary, Marlboro Memorial Middle School and then they will be part of the Freehold Regional School District.
