Marlboro is an amazing Town located within Monmouth County.  What you may be surprised to know is that there are so many different neighborhoods within Marlboro, and today I am are going to take you on a tour of one of Marlboros neighborhoods, called Crine West  So kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

Crine West subdivision is located in NE New Jersey, Marlboro, an affluent, upper-middle class neighborhood with large homes, easy access to New York City as well as the shore. The growing city has easy access to highways and shopping,  along with along with some of the best schools in the region. If you are looking for a fantastic family city with easy access to city amenities, be sure to purchase a home in Marlboro.

Large oversized exquisite Colonials dominate the Crine West neighborhood in the Township of Marlboro. The soaring homes with multiple floors and full finished basements as well as many upgraded features in the homes brings comfortable, upscale  living right here  in the center of Marlboro, NJ.  

Crine West is a well-to-do neighborhood with homes running over a million dollars.  Each home offers spacious large lots ranging up to 1 acre.   Most of these homes offer four to 5 bedrooms  and four to six bathrooms.   The homes also have plenty of parking with large oversized  driveways.  

Well-manicured, these homes typically are landscaped, with large lawns and backyards with plenty of entertainment features.  Many homes have inground pools, and if they do not, there is more than enough room to put one in.  

Homes in Crine West / Marlboro were mostly developed around 2005 with building finished in 2006.  The average  home size is around 5,200 square feet.  Taxes run between $20,000 and $32,000 a year.  Yup, you heard right!

 Homes in Crine West come with lots of upgrades, gourmet kitchens, exquisite bathrooms, large foyers and stunning living rooms and entertainment areas. 

There are only 83 homes that make up the Crine West Development, and there are only 3 different streets.  Deerfield, Pierson and Edgewood.  

Children living in Crine West are zoned for Asher Holmes Elementary, Marlboro Memorial MiddleSchool and Marlboro High School that is part of the Freehold Regional Sending District!
