Welcome to The Township of Marlboro, New Jersey.  Located in the upper northwest section of Monmouth County, there are so many fabulous reasons to choose this town when searching for a place to live!

Marlboro township is made of up many homes using the Englishtown, Wickatunk and Morganville post offices.

There is something here for everyone!  However, this town truly is known for it’s outstanding school system and magnificant homes.   Currently, the township offers 5 elementary schools, and 2 middle schools.  Marlboro is now officially part of the Freehold Regional School System.  http://www.marlboro.k12.nj.us/ and http://frhsd.com

Marlboro has a township-sponsored recreation program, with activities for all ages including active soccer and basketball leagues for boys and girls; in addition Little League baseball / softball and Pop Warner football / cheerleading, and a growing amateur wrestling program.  Marlboro township also caters to the adult population, from the many adult communities to the long list of scheduled activities for the 55+ residents.

For walkers and bicyclists, two segments of the Henry Hudson Trail have substantial stretches within the township.  One of the very best things here is the Monmouth County Park system https://monmouthcountyparks.com/

Townhomes and Condos

Point De Jardin


This amazing community is made up of 360 units that were built in 1990. The homes in this community range between 700 to 2,000 square foot layouts. The floorplans are two to three bedrooms and up to three bathrooms. Every single home has a private patio or balcony, and storage. Every building offers parking along the front of the buildings in a parking lot style.  You will also notice the landscaping is very well maintained.   

 

Millponds

Millponds Marlboro is a condo/townhouse complex in Morganvillewithin Marlboro Township. There are approximately 554 homes in this wonderful community.  Please keep in mind, since this is a condo community, there is a homeowners association, so there will be a monthly fee.

All homes here in Millponds have either two or three bedrooms.  Some of the homes also have a basement and some have a fireplace. There are no garages in Millponds. Some of the homes are 2 levels.  Square footage of the homes range from 1282 square feet to 1868 square feet.

 Millponds is approved for FHA Financing

There is a clubhouse here with tennis courts and a playground, there is also a pool.  The association fee here includes lawn maintenance, snow removal, exterior maintenance of the building, and use of the common grounds.

 

Bellemont@Marlb

Bellemont at Marlboro is Bellemont at Marlboro is a neighborhood in Morganville, New Jersey that was built between 1999 – 2001. It is mainly a luxurious condominium community that is made up of beautiful townhouses but does have a few detached homes that have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 or 3 levels, 9-foot ceilings, cathedral ceilings, and 2-car garages.

The homes in Bellemont Morganville come with either three or four bedrooms. These luxurious homes have either two or three levels, 9′ ceilings or cathedral ceilings.

There are 5 different models in Bellemont. The models are Alexandria Arlington, Belford, Brunswick, & Carnegie. The Arlington and Bedford are 3 level homes, while the others have 2 levels. There are 170 homes in Bellemont.

This community is close to major roads and highways. There are also great malls and shopping centers only minutes away. Children in this neighborhood will attend Marlboro School District.

Bellemont has a homeowners association, therefore there’s a monthly fee. The fee differs for single-family homes and townhouses. The fees cover the exterior maintenance of the building in the townhouses, but not for the single-family homes. The fee includes Common Area; Mgmt Fees; Pool; Snow Removal; and trash.


The Orchards


The Orchards offers townhouse-style condominiums with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and roughly 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. The condos also feature an attached garage and private patio, popular features when looking to buy a home in this area.

Education in Marlboro Township

The Marlboro and Freehold School District!

Marlboro Township has a wonderful reputation for it’s School District. The public schools are among the highest ranking K-8 school districts in the state with
students who consistently win awards on the local, state and national levels. The High School is a part of  the Freehold Regional High School District consisting of six high schools with opportunities to participate in  learning centers and academies.The  Public Schools are a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade from Marlboro and Morganville.  The district has a separate location dedicated to early learning and kindergarten, The David C Abbott Early Learning Center.   There are 6 different elementary schools that are all 1st – 5th grade.

Located in western Monmouth County, it is one of six high schools in the Freehold Regional High School District. Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, The High School has an experienced staff with more than 55% of Marlboro’s highly qualified professional staff holding post-graduate degrees.
